Customized Workshops
I'm passionate about creating career development content that can be embedded into curriculum to meet students where they are at and to provide education that is tailored to their specific career and student development needs.

Resume Rehab for Physical Therapy Students

To help Doctoral Physical Therapy students in both 1st and 3rd years of the program, in collaboration with my colleagues, we created two resume workshops for each cohort. The first year cohort content focused on understanding what experience is most relevant to their career journey as physical therapist in training, what to leave off, and how to adjust bullet point statements to communicate transferrable skills to help them communicate their competitiveness for clinical opportunities throughout their program. 3rd year cohort DPT students now have multiple physical therapy clinical experiences and are gearing up to apply for their first full-time job position as a Physical Therapy student. This workshop was customized to help students reflect on their clinical experiences to make specific, clinically focused bullet points, and to communicate in cover letter format how their clinical experiences are shaping their professional identity as future Physical Therapists.

Beyond the Dojang: Tae Kwon Do as a Catalyst for Career Growth
Since 2021, I've had the opportunity to partner with Professor Kevin Lee's Korean Culture and Identity class to combine two of my passions: career development coaching and Tae Kwon Do. Each year, I lead students through both a career discussion on choosing extracurriculars with intention and a hands-on Tae Kwon Do class that challenges stereotypes while promoting balance, confidence, and a cultural immersion experience. This workshop has become a meaningful way to help students reflect on how their personal interests can strengthen their career and professional journey.
